Relative mRNA expression of adiponectin receptors (AdipoR1 and AdipoR2) and Chem receptors (CMKLR1, CCRL2 and GPR1) in theca and granulosa cells from turkey F3/4 and F1 hierarchical follicles, based on real-time RT-PCR. AdipoR1, AdipoR2, CMKLR1, CCRL2 and GPR1 mRNA expressions were measured relative to the geometric mean of the expression of three reference genes as described in Materials and Methods. Results are means ± SEM from six different animals in each follicular stage. Different capital letters indicate a significant effect of the type of cells (Theca vs Granulosa cells) whereas lower case letters indicate a significant effect of the follicular stage (F3/4 vs F1)
