Expression and localization of TWIST1 and MYC in eutopic and ectopic endometrial tissue. IHC was used to analyze the protein expression of TWIST1 (a) and MYC (b). Results are expressed as the percentage of positively stained samples in eutopic (n = 69 and 50 for TWIST1 and MYC, respectively) and ectopic samples (n = 86 and 71 for TWIST1 and MYC, respectively). Epithelial and stromal expression was analyzed separately. All p-values of subgroup comparisons were analyzed by chi-squared tests
