  1. The allele and genotype frequencies among the early amenorrhea, late amenorrhea and control groups were performed with Pearson’s chi-squared test or Fisher’s exact test using SPSS 13.0 software. There was no statistically significant difference in the allelic and genotypic distributions between the early amenorrhea, late amenorrhea and control groups after Bonferroni correction
