  1. Total number of mice in each group is given in parenthesis. Vehicle or antagonist (Org 31710 or CDB2194) were administered 6 h after an injection with human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG). At each sampling point, Fisher’s exact test was used to calculate if the ratio of mice with OCC present in the fallopian tube differed between mice administered vehicle or either antagonist. The time points where the number of mice with OCC is significantly different from the vehicle group are indicated by an asterisk.
