Figure 1A, B and C indicate the number of PMNs, IL-8 mRNA expression in the CL and IL-8 concentration within the supernatant of the CL tissue during the estrous cycle, respectively. Values are shown as the mean ± SEM. Different superscript letters indicate significant differences (P < 0.05) as determined by ANOVA followed by the Bonferroni's multiple comparison test.
