Time course of s100 g mRNA level in the rat oviduct after estradiol (E 2 ) treatment. Unmated and mated rats were treated with 10 mu μg of E2 or vehicle and 3, 6, 12 or 24 hours later, s100 g mRNA level was determined using real-time quantitative RT-PCR. N = 5 animals per group.
