Fluorescence assay results for the residual activities of the crude extract and the fractions at concentrations of 10 ppm intervals. (a) Crude extract, (b) Hexane fraction, (c) Butanol fraction, (d) Visual morphology of the TM4 cells using confocal microscopy without plant extracts, (e) Visual morphology of the TM4 cells using confocal microscopy with plant extracts. The cells were incubated at regular growth conditions at 37°C and 5-10% CO2 in air atmosphere. Excitation wavelength was 485 nm and emission wavelength was 528 nm. Other conditions are as Figure 3.
