From: Expression of ATP-sensitive potassium channels in human pregnant myometrium
Expression of K ATP subunits in pregnant US and LS myometrium. Paired US and LS biopsies were obtained from pregnant women at term. The expression level of Kir6.1, Kir6.2, SUR1 and SUR2B were determined by Western blotting as described in Materials and Methods. The values of these subunits from all paired US and LS samples (n = 11) was combined to given an expression profile in the US and LS.
