Quantitative real-time PCR measuring mRNA expression of decidual marker genes in differentiating HDSC and THESC. Cultures were incubated with cAMP or E2P4 for 3, 6, 9 and 12 days. Cells without stimuli were kept in parallel representing non-stimulated controls (n.c.). RNA extraction and quantitative real-time PCR were performed as described in Methods.
