Ovarian expression of adiponectin, AdipoR1 and AdipoR2 mRNA in Zucker fa/fa and lean rats.The oligonucleotide sequences of the primers used were described in Table 1. The thermal cycling protocol entailed an initial denaturation step at 95°C for 15 min and 40 cycles at 94°C for 10 s, 60°C for 20 s, and 72°C for 30 s. There is no significant difference in the amount of beta-actin mRNA from total RNA extract between 5 week and 16 week ovary after same extraction procedure.
