mRNA of GON-SJTU1 was expressed diversely in rat testes at different ages. (A) Representative Northern analysis of GON-SJTU1 in total RNA from samples obtained from testes on postnatal days 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, or 60. Expression of G3PDH was used as an internal standard to control for evenness of loading. (B) In each of three replicate analyses, Northern blots were quantified, and the results were expressed as the ratio of GON-SJTU1:G3PDH.
