Clinical pregnancies were defined based on data entries 'clinical pregnancy', 'ongoing pregnancy', 'live birth', and 'spontaneous abortion'. Pregnancies ending in spontaneous abortion were defined as those with data entries 'spontaneous abortion' and 'miscarriage'
