Immunofluorescence staining of COX-1 protein in rat endometrium during pregnancy, pseudopregnancy and estrous cycle. COX-1 localization (green color) was assessed in rat endometrium during pregnancy (days 5.5, 10, 20 and 22), pseudopregnancy (days 1 and 9) and estrous cycle (at estrus). Tissues were counterstained with Hoechst to stain nuclei (blue). For negative control (C-) primary antibody was replaced by normal rabbit IgG.
