EMSA of JAR cell nuclear extracts with DNA-nuclear protein complex binding to sequence relevant SP1 binding site in the human promoter: effect of progesterone. Nuclear proteins were isolated from JAR cells cultured with or without progesterone (1 μM). The specificity of the DNA-nuclear protein complex was tested by competition with mutant oligonucleotide.
