Immunohistochemistry of Hsp105 in implantation site and inter-implantation segment. The pregnant rats were killed on Day 6, the implantation sites (D6m) and the inter-implantation segments (D6n) were isolated for preparation of immunohistochemistry. Hsp105 expression in endometrium at the implantation site was much stronger than that at the inter-implantation segment.
