Influence of hormonal stimulation of oviduct cells on equine IVF. In vitro fertilization rates (IVF, percentage of fertilized oocytes per matured oocytes) of equine gametes co-incubated with vesicles or cell monolayers (CM) previously stimulated or not with porcine Luteinizing Hormone (LH), human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG), Estradiol-17 beta (E2) or LH + E2. No significant statistical difference was observed (P > 0.05). The fractions represent the number of fertilized oocytes out of matured oocytes (oocytes in metaphase II, activated and fertilized).
