  1. Values are expressed as the mean ± s.e.m. of 6 animals. In pups the samples of perigonadal adipose tissue were a mixture of periovarian and epididymal tissue. Statistical analysis of the differences: Two-way ANOVA (time (T), treatment (TR) and interaction (TxTR)) was performed. Post-hoc Bonferroni test (comparison between C and OE): * = P < 0.01
