THG113.31 increases whole-cell currents in human uterine smooth muscle myocytes. A Perforated patch recordings (n = 3) from the same myocyte before and 15 min after exposure to 50 μM THG113.31, and then 5–10 min after cumulative addition of 100 nM IbTX. Tracings were taken from a range of potentials (-40 to +50 mV), with a holding potential of -60 mV. Treatment conditions are the same as described for control, 50 μM THG113.31, and THG113.31 and 100 nM IbTX.
