This table summarises the results of differential screening by SSH and the results of sequence analysis: Forward subtraction corresponds to H1 SSH and up-regulated genes by FSH (FSH/C). Reverse one corresponds to H2 SSH and down-regulated genes by FSH (C/FSH). Random selection corresponds to clones that provided no differential signals or no signal at all in both forward and reverse subtraction.
