Identification of the ABL2 antigen using tandem mass spectrometry. In this experiment, a protein with molecular weight of 65-kDa co-precipitated with p75. (B) MS/MS spectrum of a peptide obtained from trypsin-digested p75; the sequence of this peptide was determined to be VLIGGSFY. (C) Western blots of an ABL2 immunoprecipitate from a mouse ovarian lysate probed with guinea pig anti-ePAD IgG, preimmune guinea pig IgG, or goat anti-guinea pig IgG conjugated to peroxidase only.
