Lanes 1, 2 and 3: 3 pools of 2 cumulus cells pellets from control medium, lanes 4, 5 and 6: 3 pools of 2 pellets from medium containing precursors, lanes 7, 8 and 9: 3 pools of 2 pellets from medium containing precursors and FSH, lanes 10, 11 and 12: 3 pools of 2 pellets from medium containing FCS, lane 13: H2O.
