Data are expressed as mean ± SEM (n = 5–6) for pregnant recipient monkeys receiving vehicle (control) and relaxin (treatment). Days to the onset of first appearance of implantation bleeding (yellow) were calculated as the number of days from embryo transfer to the first external signs of bleeding. The duration of implantation bleeding was calculated as the number of days from the onset of bleeding to the complete cessation of bleeding (blue). An asterisk (*) indicates a significant treatment related difference compared to control (P < 0.05)
