Two-dimensional gel analysis of rainbow trout coelomic fluid during post-ovulatory ageing Two-dimensional gel of rainbow trout coelomic fluid pools originating from 17 females sampled at the time of ovulation (A) and on day 7 (B), day 14 (C) and day 21 (D) after ovulation. Each sample (40 μg) was separated by IEF using a non linear immobilized pH 3–10 gradient for separation in the first dimension combined with SDS-PAGE 12% – 14% gradient gel in the second dimension. Optic density (OD, arbitrary units) of spots shown on the left panel is plotted on the graph (E). OD was arbitrarily set to 1 at 7 days post-ovulation.
