Induction of deciduoma in pseudopregnant rats increases circulating progesterone and prolactin concentrations, without affecting estradiol and androstenedione Control pseudopregnant and deciduoma-bearing pseudopregnant animals were sacrificed at 18:00 h on day 11 of PSP. Trunk blood was obtained after decapitation and serum progesterone (Panel A), PRL (Panel B), estradiol (Panel C) and androstenedione (Panel D) concentrations were measured by RIA.
