The comparison of nuclear maturation of oocytes derived from non-stimulated gilts with natural estrus (group I; n = 4), stimulated with PMSG/hCG (group II, n = 3) or with PMSG/hCG + PGF2α (group III, n = 3). Values are expressed as percentages of immature oocytes (germinal vesicle; GV). Significant differences between groups were marked with p < 0.05.
