Effects of recombinant human resistin (0.1, 1, 10, and 100 ng/ml) on steroid hormone (i.e., progesterone [P4], androstendione [A4], testosterone [T], and estradiol [E2]) secretion in culture medium from A) small, B) medium and C) large ovarian follicles. ELISA experiments were performed three independent times. In each experiment six ovaries from three different animals were selected. Data were plotted as mean±S.E.M.
