The effects of IMD receptor antagonists on the inhibition of uterine contraction by IMD. Decreased amplitude (A) and frequency (B) were observed after IMD treatment. Both hADM22-52 and hCGRP8-37 partially inhibited IMD actions. hIMD17-47 completely blocked the relaxation effect of IMD on both the contraction amplitude (A) and frequency (B). n=6 for all treatments.
