Chromatograms of 20α-OHP and P 4 in serum samples from pseudo pregnant rats. (A) A concentration of 5 ng each of 20α-OHP and P4 was used during HPLC run. The peak for 20α-OHP and P4 were noted down at 19.1 and 22.8 min, respectively. (B) and (C) Chromatogram profiles of extracted serum samples collected from pseudo pregnant rats, 24 h treatment with PBS (control) or PGF2α (treatment) are shown. The peaks of 20α-OHP and P4 were indicated at the respective run times for each steroid.
