Compartamentalized in vitro secretion of HBD-3 after selective stimulation with Candida albicans . Antimicrobian peptide HBD-3 was measured in the medium from comparments delimited by the amnion (AMN) and the choriodecidua (CHD) under basal conditions and after the three differente modalities of infection with 1 × 106 CFU of Candida albicans .
