Analysis of cyclin D2 and p27 in ovarian tissue. Equal amounts of total protein from ovaries were resolved on 12.5% SDS-PAGE gels and transferred to nitrocellulose membrane then probed with antibodies described in materials and methods section. Proteins were analyzed from PRLR+/+ and -/- mice at 1.5 and 2.5 d.p.c. Four mice of each genotype were analyzed. Equal amount of total proteins have been loaded as demonstrated by the actin signal.
